On Saturday, December 14, 2013 from 12-2PM John Rivers of 4 Rivers Smokehouse will be hosting a book signing and a complimentary interactive cooking demonstration for his new cookbook, The Southern Cowboy, at the Williams-Sonoma on Park Avenue in Winter Park. The cookbook will be available for purchase for $28.99 – cash or credit card is accepted. Cookbooks can be signed by John Rivers after the cooking demonstration.

Recipe cards and tips by John Rivers will be available, to recreate his magic when you cook at home. Rivers will be cooking up a Southern favorite of Shrimp & Grits along with a holiday inspired Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle while at Williams-Sonoma. Get ready for a fun and informative afternoon!
